"I didn't feel pressured to do anything that wouldn't work for me, and I was very happy with the level of communication and clarity of the process. Great experience.”

FAQs

How much does it cost?

A “Guardianship Plan” that will actually take care of your kids when something happens to you is something that all parents should have in place. We’ve tried our best to make it affordable on any budget with Guardian Plans starting at $300.

How long does it take?

After your Discovery Phone Call, it will take 3 - 5 business days to have your Guardianship Plan signed, notarized, and accessible for emergency situations.

Why not just use a “will”?

Contrary to what you might think, a “will” does nothing for your children when something unexpected happens to you, and especially if the accident or illness does not leave you deceased. If you do pass away unexpectedly, “wills” are usually impossible to find in the midst of a crisis - leaving a very good chance that Child Protective Services will still need to get involved to arrange at least temporary foster care while guardians named in a will are located. The likelyhood of Foster Care is virtually eliminated when you have a Complete Parent Guardian Plan in place.
